Kevin Volpe

With over 30 years in Law Enforcement, Kevin Volpe is a leading expert in the Criminal Justice field. He first started his Law Enforcement career in 1984 with San Diego Police Department Reserves and was certified by California POST (Police Officers Standardization and Training). Shortly after, he moved to Arizona where he was certified by Arizona POST (AZPOST). He graduated from Phoenix Police Academy and was named “Outstanding Recruit” in 1986. He served one year at the Scottsdale Police Department before moving to Hawaii and hired by the Barbara’s Point Police Department NAS (Naval Air Station) as an Investigator and then promoted to a Shift Commander and Lieutenant.

In 1988, He was hired as an officer for the Honolulu Police Department and was certified by Hawaii POST. HPD is where he served 10 years as a Police Officer where he worked in the Specialized Services Division (SWAT) and was recruited to start the Community Policing department.

In 1998, Kevin moved to Arizona and joined the Paradise Valley Police Department. Almost 20 years, he would take on many roles including Patrol Police Officer, Police Recruiter, Background Investigator, Data and Statistical Reports, Hiring Board and Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police.

After Retiring from the Police Department, he attended and graduated from Marston Polygraph Academy in San Bernardino, California where he earned his certification as a Polygraphist. He has completed over 350 polygraph examinations including homicide investigations, sexual assault complaints and infidelity tests.

He is also a member of the American Polygraph Association (APA) and specializes in Specific Issues, Pre-Employment and Criminal Cases. He is also certified in PCSOT (Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing). In 2018, he successfully completed The Reid Technique of Investigative Interviewing and Advanced Interrogation.

Kevin is also a military veteran where he served in the U.S. Navy from 1978 – 1986 and achieved the rank of Petty Officer First Class. During his 8 years, he served as a Helicopter AirCrewMan flying in helicopters and his duties included anti-submarine warfare operator specialist, electronic surveillance and Helicopter SAR (Search And Rescue).

Dominic Volpe followed in his father’s footsteps and graduated in 2018 from Marston Polygraph Academy in San Bernardino, California. He completed over 440 hours of theoretical and practical hours in Polygraph Science. He is also a member of the American Polygraph Association (APA) and specializes in Specific Issues, Pre-Employment and Criminal Cases. He is also certified in PCSOT (Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing).

Dominic is a Certified Polygraphist in Arizona and his background includes 15+ years of business/ management, IT (Information Technology) and is proficient in all current technology.
Dominic is an expert in Computerized Polygraph Systems (CPS) Pro by Stoelting. This includes Electordermal Activity (EDA) monitor, Electronic Pnemographs, Plethysmograph and Blood Pressure Monitor.
